More about our Partner Clinic

Throughout the retreat, two fireside chat sessions provide a structured space to explore leadership themes and personal growth edges. In these sessions, participants bring real questions or dilemmas into the group and engage in focused dialogue, reflection, and peer feedback.

This method allows for authentic leadership to emerge through conversation, collective insight, and shared presence. Each session is facilitated with clear structure, centering exercises, and integration moments, creating a dynamic environment where perspectives deepen and direction becomes clearer.

DIRECTED SELF KNOWLEDGE

What is Death Lodge?

Facilitated by trained therapists and ceremonialists, Death Lodge is a collective self-discovery process based in indigenous ways of knowing common to our deep human ancestry.

Informed by Shamanism, the Death Lodge process was developed within the frameworks of Western Psychological methods and therefore includes aspects of both. It's essence is deep, guided self-discovery in a supported setting.
