A leadership retreat for men entering the second phase of life.
This six-day retreat is designed for high-achieving men ready to pause, listen, and engage with is calling to them about their life's next stage. In a confidential, facilitated setting, we engage small groups of men at the intersection of therapy, personal growth, and leadership through dialogue and experiential work, combining ancient and modern modalities in a safe and expertly held space.
We invite you to join our founding seed group of 8 men to explore your next path with clarity and courage.
Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Asheville, North Carolina is a place where ancient forests meet vibrant streams, where mist rolls across the hills, and winter stillness deepens us inward.
